GlassPass App Settings: What They Are and How to Use Them

Where to Find App Settings

To access the settings on GlassPass:

1. Open the GlassPass app. 
2. Tap on your profile icon in the bottom right corner.
3. Tap the 3 dots in the top right corner. 

Now let’s dive into what each setting does: 

Manage Payment Cards

1. 1. What It does: Allows you to add, update, or remove your payment methods.
   2. How to Use: Tap on “Manage Payment Cards” to view your saved cards and make any necessary changes. 

Manage Dots Account

1. 1. What It Does: Manages your Dots account, which is used for storing and withdrawing payouts from your sales.
   2. How to use: Tap on “Manage Dots Account” to view your balance, transaction history, withdraw funds, and choose withdrawal methods. 

Manage Shipping Addresses

1. 1. What It Does: Lets you add, edit, or delete shipping addresses.
   2. How to Use: Tap on "Manage Shipping Addresses" to manage your saved addresses for purchasing and selling.

Enter Referral or Promo Code

1. 1. What It Does: Allows you to enter a referral or promo code to receive discounts or benefits.
   2. How to Use: Tap on "Enter Referral or Promo Code" and input the code you received to activate the offer.

Change Password

1. 1. What It Does: Enables you to update your account password.
   2. How to Use: Tap on "Change Password," enter your current password, and then set and confirm your new password.

Help Center

1. What It Does: Provides Access to support articles, FAQs, and customer service
2. How to Use: Tap on “Help Center” to find answers to common questions or to contact support for assistance.

Notification Preferences

1. What It Does: Lets you customize your notification settings for the app.
2. How to Use: Tap on "Notification Preferences" to choose which notifications you want to receive (e.g., comments, likes, mentions, followers, emails).

Apply for Trusted Seller

1. What It Does: Allows you to apply for Trusted Seller status, which provides benefits like faster payouts.
2. How to Use: Tap on "Apply for Trusted Seller" and follow the prompts to complete your application.

Log Out

1. What It Does: Logs you out of your GlassPass account.
2. How to Use: Tap on "Log Out" to safely exit your account.

 Delete Account

1. What It Does: Permanently deletes your GlassPass account and all associated data.
2. How to Use: Tap on "Delete Account" and follow the confirmation steps to permanently close your account.
