- Offensive Content: Avoid using offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language.
- Unrelated Issues: Focus on the item and transaction experience, not unrelated issues.
Can a Review be Edited/Deleted?
Editing/Deleting a Review:
- To delete or edit a review, contact our customer support at support@glasspass.com with the review details and reason for deletion.
Review Ratings and Metrics
Rating System:
- Reviews are rated on a 1 to 5-star scale, with 5 stars being the highest rating.
- Each review contributes to the seller’s overall rating and helps future buyers make informed decisions. Updated review coming soon!
Metrics:
- Average Rating: Calculated based on all received reviews.
- Total Reviews: The number of reviews left by buyers.
Review Fraud/Abuse
Identifying Fraud/Abuse:
- We monitor reviews for signs of fraud and abuse, such as multiple reviews from the same user or fake accounts.
Reporting Fraud/Abuse:
- If you suspect a review is fraudulent or abusive, report it to support@glasspass.com. Provide as much detail as possible for investigation.
Consequences:
- Users found to be engaging in review fraud or abuse may face penalties, including suspension or banning from GlassPass.
